we almost lost to Miami, almost lost to the 9ers, almost lost to the Patriots, etc, etc, etc

but we didn't. we've looked bad in a lot of games this year and the offense has been horrid a lot of times, but when it mattered the most our team has time and time again made the plays to win. if they continue to do that in the playoffs, I'm perfectly content with it.

that's who we are. blow out bad teams and play nail-bitters against talented teams.

The "almost lost to" arguments are weak anyway... over a 16 game NFL season every team is gonna have a few "bad" performances

Seahawks almost lost to the Bucs... Rams, etc

Saints lost to the JEts.

and on and on

Niners fricking stacked though.

Why is this the noon game? Helps Carolina a lot. West coast teams suck on the East in noon games.

I know. How will they ever handle those 2-1/2 mysterious hours?

because the other 3 teams with a bye are the Broncos, Patriots, and Seahawks

of course our small arse franchise isn't getting a prime time game

Sea and Den are Western and at home, so they can't be nooners

49ers have Crabtree back and are a better team than the one they lost to at home. Ofcourse, Carolina fans can claim the same so hard to tell.

I think 49ers win by a FG again and it will not be a pretty game at all.

I would so much rather play Carolina than San Fran. Not even an argument.

Right now it's all about upsetting the Seahawks though
