Sounds like the front office clashed with Harbaugh and got the horns.
This may go down as one of the worst football decisions of all time.
Not that Jim's being there would have kept all the players in line, but that is a colossal frick up from the front office.

I've heard that NFL players have access to Escalades with drivers all year to take them where they need. Now, that could be wrong, but if it is correct, none of these guys have excuses.

It's true. They had that service for a while, but the players were afraid that team ownership would get tipped off if they used it. So they moved it under the umbrella of the player's association a few years ago.
Those guys getting DWIs are just knuckleheads.

The NFL doesn't provide a year long chauffeured ride anywhere. However, the NFLPA offers a "ride home" service to prevent the DUI's. But, these assholes can catch a taxi or limo service themselves anytime they want.....and don't.
