Was this an accident or on purpose? It's almost impossible to do this at a parade since the surrounding streets are usually blocked off.

No one is sure I've heard drunk driver also have some friends who were there and said the driver was having seizure like symptoms

Damn that's fricked up. And their homecoming is pretty huge. There were tens of thousands of people there just last night for that
