He has a lot of potential on that side of the court if he takes advantage of that length and wants to play good defense.

A team in the mid first round is going to get a stud in John Collins. Kid was a beast in the post for Wake Forest this past season (highest PER in the NCAA), is very young for a sophomore (19), and in his pre-draft workout videos has shown range beyond the 3 point line with ridiculous athleticism.

Correct. And he carried a fairly average Wake Forest team to the NCAA tournament. Just think he's a high value pick for a team in the mid first round.
