Zillows "make me move" option

Has anyone ever used this on either side of a real estate sale? I would think it would open the door for hungry Realtors to attempt to get the listing.
I am curious if it gets enough attention to be worth it.

I've never seen someone list their home for even close to reasonable price.

I used it in 2014. Had 2 offers in a week and sold it soon after to the first offer.
Granted I was probably extremely lucky, but it worked.

Galliano. Smoking hot 
$10,000 more than we paid for it a year earlier, but it was right around if not a little under market. We wanted to get out of it due to job change and flood insurance tripling.
