I don't know if they do a lot of land work or not but I heard a rumor from a Trinity Tools hand (which is now Blackhawk and owned by Franks) that SLB is going to buy them.

They would be a pretty small pick up for slb, however if they do land work it would make sense since slb is now running rigs and looking to provide start to finish services including drilling the well.
