Whitney Bank Heloc Promotion

I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel and I needed a Heloc to fund it. I did a little research and Whitney had the best deal. They have a 6 month promotion of 1.99% apr and 4.99% there after. As long as the loan is open for more than a year they will cover all fees (appraisal, title fee, etc.)

PENFED has 3.75% with NO closing costs and an interest only option as well... 15 year LOC term
