Just waiting on them as my last doc so I can file. Tried looking on my account and don't see a date listed. Anyone have Fidelity and familiar?

I would give them a buzz and see what's going on.

They sent out incorrect tax statements - I received my corrected statements today.

Yea, my individual trading brokerage account is what I need. Tax on reinvesting dividends makes me sad

It depends on the type of document. Here are the guidelines they publish. If it's for taxable account, mid feb is when u should get it by.

It depends on what you have in your account. If you have simply stocks, it's pretty easy for them to generate the 1099s.
If you have mutual funds, then Fidelity has to wait on the mutual funds to publish what is ordinary div vs qual div vs cap gain dist vs return of capital.
If you have more complicated things like unit investment trusts and structured investments, it can take even longer.
I have some clients that regularly don't get 1099 statements until mid March. These are people with some pretty complex investments.
