I used to work here and I have been seeing the stock getting beaten. Would this be a good buying opportunity? Or has debt load and bad mgmt finally caught up?

Not sure but they certainly have not weathered the storm like the other service companies have. They're selling off parts too.

Finally! It's been a long time coming Bernard did a great job creating the company but he clearly couldn't lead a large OFS company. His cronyism has dragged on for too long.
