re: top 3 credit cards

The way I read that is 10% on all online purchase... Not sure you can beat that with a stick if you have student loans

re: top 3 credit cards

Do you regularly fly AA? What benefits does the card give you? Remember a platinum Amex will give you access to the Admirals Club (AA) or Sky Club (Delta) even if you are not flying with them

I fly AA just 1-3 times a year heading back to NOLA. I fly a good bit on Hawaiian obviously. And then I usually fly delta once a year standby to some Int. location. So I am definitely not married to AA, but the miles do seem to work fairly often for 35k from Hawaii to mainland.

The AA card gives me priority boarding, a free checked bag (which I never seem to use), and some other stuff I don't remember. I pay like $85 a year for it.

I already like my SPG Amex, so is it worth it for a Platinum one as well? What's the fee?

10% would be a sweet deal. Does it link to the retailor sites? Or just on the cards site?

No student loans for me.
