time frame for LA refund 2013

What is the typical time frame for 2013 tax year and was completed early October and mailed. Website states that refund has been received and is being processed. The message has been the same since Nov/2014. tia.

I've seen paper filed LA returns take 12-16 weeks to complete processing. Plus, they had a computer upgrade last month, and I don't think they did any work at all for a week or two (or so it appears from talking to LDR reps).
If there is anything you can possibly do to e-file LA, do it, you can do it for free online.

Not that I would have any knowledge of this, but you could always put a phone call into LDR and ask.

thanks all, 12-16 weeks was what I was told. I wonder if we get that much leeway when we complete our returns.
