This guy has been on the radio the last 2 weeks about a real estate seminar on flipping houses and stuff. Anyone know if this is a scam or not?
Ive been reading up on it but cant really find too much. It looks like they try to sell you a 3 day class on how to get rich quick.
Any input is appreciated... I might go to the seminar but i don't want to waste my time.

People still make money doing it, but don't expect to clear 100k+ a year doing it in this economy.

this is a total waste of time IMO. i am a mortgage banker and i know the only way to buy an investment property is with 25% down of the cost of the house. you dont need THAN MERRIL to tell you that i can for free. 5 years ago you could have bought investment properties with 0 down that doesnt exist anymore.
