Texas Pacific Land Trust....anyone familiar?

They're sitting on a ton of land that they make oil & gas royalties from and their goal is to sell it all and buy back all the shares.
It's been on a mad tear since it was discovered they own a bunch of land Apache has found a huge oil reserve on. It dropped $50 in two days shortly before announcing earnings.
I'm not really familiar with how these financials work and what's good and not good so I was hoping someone could help me out and maybe give their opinions on it.

No insight, but this is the 5th time I've been asked about TPL in the past few days. I've never heard anything about it prior.
