Tax Credit for New A/C?

I purchased a brand new Lennox Central Air System that meets all criteria (or so I thought) for the $300 energy efficiency tax credit. Multiple websites, including the Lennox page and the AHRI database indicate that my model is eligible. However, when I got to the Lennox website in order to get the Manufacturers Certification Statement, it won't produce a certificate because I indicated that I did not also get solar panels installed.
Does anyone know why this would be? Is this tax credit still available?

It is still avail for 2015, and the credit for central air systems don't require a solar installation (although there are other credits for solar installation).
Double check your entries and if you still can't get it to work, call your installer.
