Depends on a lot of things though. I am big on specials and such so when I eat out, it is only marginally more expensive but saves time in prep.


I don't really drink though outside events. Not worth gaining weight/money to casually drink.

Don't be tied to any company. Never pay full price for cable, switch back and forth if one won't give you the discounts.

Try to get with friends or family for cell phone bill. With ATT new next plans, we have joined 6 lines together and our cost is about $35 per line with 30gb of data.

Quote out car insurance and homeowners insurance every 3 years. I have found geico to be cheapest for car insurance.

Make sure your money is working for you by using credit cards that give good rewards back.

You must have had a nice promotion when you got that. At current pricing it averages out to about 55$/line + tax/fees

I get a 21% discount from where I work and I got in on the promotion of double the data. If you pair up with a few people, odds are one of then work for a company giving the discount.
