Has anyone had any luck haggling with their current insurance? Im with State Farm and have never shopped around either. I had to use them for an auto accident and I was less than impressed with their service. I thought about using this as leverage to negotiate some lower rates out of my local salesman

That's not how it works, homie.
Your agents can't lower rates.
They can find diff discounts, but they can't lower your premium.
