Its up 10% before the bell. Is that just speculation or are there rumors foating out there?

I wouldn't even call it a rumor. All speculation and reaching for straws. If they are going to go SPAC, FEAC seems ideal but who knows at this point.

Not a slam dunk in my book. Harry Sloan, CEO and Chairman of FEAC, is a board member of DKNG. That is a big conflict of interest.
