My average PPS is .62 with 18,000 shares so, yeah I'm sitting pretty good right now. I have it in my head that I'm holding for a few years, but as of late my fingers want to hit the sell button. I'm not a very patient person so it's hard to not to take the profits. How long do you plan to hold?

If I knew, I would not be posting here. The thing I have noticed with these biotechs, is a huge runup to a drug's approval. INO popped because it reported a favorable preclinical study to reduce tumors and prevent reoccurrence. Same thing happened with MNKD and Afrezza not too long ago. They are expecting a decision soon.
Now, the flip side is ARNA, AMRN, VVUS, and others who get a favorable FDA recommendation, the stock jumps, then quickly comes back to reasonable levels. ARNA had the next blockbuster diet pill (Belviq), AMRN did for patients with high triglycerides (Vascepa), and so on. Scripts have been coming in decent for these two but the stock has went backwards.
I guess I said all that to say this, I have no idea.

A firm by the name of Marxe Austin dumped millions of shares towards the end of last year for apparent tax reasons which kept the price in the .50's and .60's range for a few month's. After they were finished dumping, the PPS rose to .82 and then INO had a stock offering to provide a cash runway through the end of 2014 which caused the PPS to drop back down to .48... Since the offering has been completed, the stock price has been climbing. News (good news) has been coming in regularly as of late which is boosting the upward trend.
We are still waiting on HIV results(Therapeutic)to be released in a peer reviewed Scientific Journal. The results are expected to be released any day now and they are expected to be great.
Also, another partnership with Big Pharma is expected to be announced any day now which will have a pretty nice effect on the PPS.
HPV, Phase 2 results are expected in the first quarter of 2014. If these results are as good as expected, I think the PPS will sky rocket.
With all that said, I don't think it's to late to get in... Get them while there cheap and hold on for the ride.

Earlier I talked about Chinas economy and how it will effect them. Read their latest investors report. They are still high on China, while not as high as I thought they would be. CAT wants commodities to be high an China slowing down won't let tht happen. I think 25% of their revenue came from Asia last year(don't quote me).
It needs this emerging market because of the state of the EURO and US.
China already said that they wouldn't build any new government buildings for now.
I don't know when to buy, sorry.
