That is what I learned from this thread. I figured it was high bc I only pay ~$30/month for health insurance and I know high deducts typically yield lower premiums

I have an hsa through work. Insurance is free, deductible is 2600 and they put 2000 in my hsa for me each year. I previously only had experience with fsa so this is great

I'm in a similar situation. The company I work for doesn't pay jack but they do pay my entire insurance premium and match my $125 HSA deposit each month for a total of $250. $3000 deductible.
