I am trying to find the average yield rates of Junk Bonds from 2005-2009 and the average interest rates provided by offshore banks for CDs for the same time period. I've been looking for a while with no luck. Can anyone help?

isn't that something that's kinda hard to get an average for? like something that just depends on your definition of what you include?
i think merrill lynch used to have a benchmark index for measuring spread over treasuries LINK, but i don't know if they kept that thing going after the boa acquisition..
as for the offshore cd rates, i ain't know nothing 'bout that, man...
