Hey does anyone on here invest in residential real estate in the Baton Rouge Area?
If so have you targeted apartments or housing and what was the cost to buy?
How long is it going to take you to break even?
Do you handle reapirs yourself?
Really just how has your experience been?? Young and interested in the market.

ive seen alot of condos on brightside that have seen foreclosed on. i think you can pick them up for about 60k and rent it out for 1100 a month or so. could be a good investment
