With more and more people unable to buy a home it's obvious that the rental market is very Hot! How many of you have rental property and how is it effecting your bottom line?
I have a house that I'm on the verge to either sell or rent it out long term as an investment property.

My investors are buying rental property like no tomorrow and will continue to do so as rates increase.
