Real Estate Appraiser Baton Rouge Area

I have some rental properties I am interested in selling, Does anyone have any experience with real estate appraisers in the Baton Rouge area? Both are small apartment buildings and both are located on the west side of the river if that helps.

Get a realtor to give you a cma. The bank will issue the appraiser, no point in paying for that twice
