Quick Question RE: Credit Card Rewards

Neither of us really have time to sit down and sift through that 150+ page thread.
Asking for a friend who travels a lot for work now, flying Southwest and staying with Marriott, so those two are in the running. Just trying to figure out which is better. She already has 2 cards that don't offer rewards but have high limits so they're not going anywhere.
ETA: Every Chase card she has had has been compromised, staying away from those.
