Right here. I sold some Monday but I should have sold more so likely a dumb move in the long run. That's what I get for thinking I had inside info about sentiment regarding the deal from conversations I had with Petroteq brass.
Sounds like Viston either fricked up the filing or filed something that CFIUS found out was bullshite.
The question now is whether Viston wants to move forward with taking a chance on closing the deal without CFIUS approval. I don't see them going through the CFIUS process again because Petroteq will definitely dilute more while that's happening because they need cash.

Yeah, I thought about dumping it all for a 7 cent profit when it hit 27 cents last week but stopped when dropped back down to around 22 cents just after. I'm not saying it's over for good but it's looking bleak and pigs get slaughtered. I'm expecting the bids to open around 12 cents tomorrow.

I think there's a chance, Viston has stayed for this long, it's been over a year since their first bid for 120 million euros worth of shares, but if they bypass CFIUS the govt can scuttle the deal and if they try CFIUS again Petroteq will dilute while it's happening and the buyout price will rise. So the odds of it happening have gone way down.
