The worlds largest weed farm is reverse merging with a penny stock and will uplist to nasdaq soon!

Extended again. I think this may be the last extension. Viston must really want this tech, because Petroteq is doing everything it possibly can to F this up. Idiots running that company. I don't think there is any room for errors or further surprises from Petroteq.

They've gotten publicly slapped down by both the SEC and Viston in the last week and assigned a babysitter by the SEC. Even for the OTC they are an exceptional bunch of retards. The biggest risk now has to be CFIUS extending their review into a final 45 day investigation period after July 7 and giving Petroteq management time for more shenanigans.

Yea, Is that likely considering Viston wants to take it private? I think oil prices and energy supply chains are definitely helping keep this on the table.

The SEC can't hold up the deal but Viston will have to make sure some of the SEC's remediation demands are met, paying the fine and amending incorrect quarterly and annual reports filed in the past. So Viston will need to be satisfied Petroteq is taking care of that.
As for CFIUS, according to a 2020 report, almost 50% of reviews go into the second 45 day period but Viston also did the more superficial 30 day review first in January so that may give them a better chance of wrapping it up before July 7 but we'll see. Just a typical OTC rollercoaster.

I have my shares tendered on Vanguard, and was going to buy more now that is almost back to my original price, and it says I can no longer purchase this security. I guess they have changed their policy since I last purchased it. What is everyone else using?

Yeah that happened to me both times I've tendered. The cost basis eventually returned.
There are a much better brokers than Vanguard for OTC stocks. I've used Schwab, Interactive Brokers and Etrade and Etrade is easily the best for the OTC.

Vanguard recently stopped allowing the purchase of many otc stocks. If the ticker symbol ends with a F they may no longer allow you to buy through them.
