Rivers, I hate feeding the troll, but here goes:

From the other day

CNBI @ 3.02
TBT @ 31.73
RIG @ 63.72
TZA @ 24.36
MVIS @ 2.11 (for my boy Zilla)

Now let's see your picks.

FWIW, I thought about just buying levered ETFs on commodities, but that was just to mess with your head. I couldn't do that to a sweet old man like you.

Make it easy on yourself boy...but I did specify individual stocks vs individual commodities. All prices in American Dollars. Same for your picks, American Dollars, Right? Winner is biggest total increase in US dollars, ie, add all prices of picks on 10-6-2011 and subtract 2010 price, Right? If you have a problem with how to score this one, let me know now...and, if a bank holiday interrupts, and new US currency is issued, the game is off.

Current prices in $ as of this am...10-6-2010

Soybean Meal 294.90

Rough Rice 1245.00

Crude Oil 82.65

Silver 22.93

Gold 1346.80

Percentage increase, is the only fair way to do it. 20% weight on each.

Otherwise, I'm changing all my picks to Berkshire Hathaway.

Deal. this one really screwed me over with my confederate money bet.

Can I get a link to where you got all of these prices? Mine are all yesterday's end of day price from Google Finance.

These look like futures prices, you need to pick spot prices if we are going to do it for a whole year.

Been long ICO for a while. Think I'm in @$3.76 but I like the upside for a myriad of reasons.

You have nothing to say since you did not have the nads to make picks. nadlessrustky...LOL

Hidden Flask did not win by forfeit because he never accepted the terms of the game. Therefore the game never began.

BTW, has anyone on this board ever taken gains in any asset class in per cent? Or, do you take your gains in dollars? I thought so.

TOTAL DOLLAR GAINS/LOSSES IN ALL FIVE PICKS. Thats the game or there is no game. NO 20% WEIGHTING.

What is unfair about that? If you pick five of any asset class and place money on those five, at the expiry or when you sell you count your total wins/losses. You subtract losses from wins and come up with a total dollar number that is a minus or a plus. One either makes or loses money, not judged by a 20% weighting, which is bs.

If anyone wants to join the game, they should pick now. How bout you Kfizz? Got some hot stock picks? Post them.

Again, sent to admin. personal attack. You don't know what the consensus on this board is unless you have a crystal ball that works...and, if you did you why wouldn't you be using it to pick winners instead of insulting me?

Because the latter is much simpler.
