Optum Bank HSA

My company has chosen this outfit to administer and hold our HSA accounts. Now that I have a sufficient sum to more than cover my deductible, I had planned on investing the excess. But their site is about as user UNfriendly as any I've seen and I've yet to figure out how to get a live person through their call in number. Has anyone else here had any dealings with Optum Bank? If so, what have your experiences been?
The minimums for certain funds don't appear to be correct ($1 million... really???), so we need to chat. But my rule of thumb is, if you're screwy right off the bat, no need to waste time trying to invest these funds. I'll just let the money set and draw minimal interest until I move on or retire.
