Negotiating with current company today. I let them know yesterday about the other offer - we talked briefly about things. After they showed me their books (gross profit, overhead, and net profit), they wanted me to come up with something I'd think is fair.
Will let y'all know what becomes of the conversation, and ask that y'all weigh in on which option you'd take. I'll throw the actual figures out there.
