These rates from Wells Fargo seem high to me.
Can you recommend two more banks / financial institutions, so I can get some competition going?

Covington, LA. Single family home. 2,435 sq ft.

Wells Fargo

--> 20 year fixed

3.875 Interest Rate
3.975 APR

--> 30 year fixed

4.125% Interest Rate
4.177% APR

Thanks Money Board!

Further Details
I just got the property settlement from the lawyer last week, and it's in my name, so I am ready to lock my rate in before they creep up again.

Whitney with 0.25 pts down was 3.625% interest on 20 year money or 3.875% Interest on 30 year money.

that is too high. the 20 year rates they gave you is what others are paying for a 30 year. Do your self a favor and deal with any one except Wells Fargo.

You can generally just open a savings account with a Credit Union and then get a loan from them within a day. This is not always the case, but joining most of them is very easy.
