Wife and I have decided to add on to our home and will likely do a cash out refinance. Any lender recommendations in Lafayette area?

family first mortgage. my two brothers and myself dealt with them. the owner is fabio. very well spoken and knowledgeable, ask for him and he'll work with you directly.

I know 2 good ones. Fabio is solid as well as Corey Albarado at Prime Lending.

I financed home with Prime Lending and had a good experience. I just refinanced with GMFS within the last month and it was a very easy experience.

We just refinanced with Quicken - smooth, quick and easy, at least that was our experience. They even sent a notary to the house to sign papers.

Assurance Financial is pretty good as well.
