Looking for some direction on study material. Any info on what to expect would be appreciated. Work will be commercial / O&G. Any aduio material out there?

I only have a residential building license and mold remediation so not sure how much I can help you.
I took mine 14 years ago but best I can remember is the law being the hardest part and even it wasn't that bad. I already knew all the codes and construction info.
I went to Bob Brooks class the day before and took a ton of practice tests on the computer.

I took the test for an out of state commercial group about 3 yrs ago. All I did was get the recommended books and signed up for the practice tests. I don't remember where I got the reference material but it was very helpful. I was a little worried bc I didn't study much at all but passed by 7-8 points as I recall. If you have much experience it should be relatively easy. The non-law portion of the test is easy...it's mostly residential so brush up on geometry/take off skills.
