So I thought I had everything and did my taxes last week. Come to find out one of my wife's old employers sent her a W2 with a very small amount on it even though she didn't work for them in 2011. They must have sent her last check in the very beginning of 2011 for work done in 2010. I just received the W2 today in the mail. So I had to amend my submitted and accepted return.
Is Feb 2nd kind of late to receive this? I had all my other materials 2 weeks ago. Was this my fault for submitting too early?

Employers have until Jan 31 to get W-2's in the mail. So Feb 2 wouldn't be too far out of the ordinary if sent on Jan 31.

I received one of my two W-2's yesterday and still have not received the 2nd one.
