PayPal could forever change the way we use bitcoin
Wow...how big of a game changer would that be? I imagine Broke and Vols would change their stance on bitcoin. Russian would remain a moron though.

Think about this. How does Paypal get paid? Fees. What's the benefit of bitcoin (so you say)? No fees. This doesn't add up with their business model. At all.

I'm strictly talking about their current business model. If Paypal can figure out how to make some fee revenue out of it, they would use monkey turds as currency.

Don't know why you would be so excited about that considering all transactions and accounts in PayPal have history.

I have no problem with bitcoin catching on in a regulated environment. It'll help bitcoin grow.
Regulated, "legitimate" companies adopting bitcoin will not change or effect the nature of bitcoin in any manner. So their adoption can only help bitcoin in exposure and ease of use.

First off these aren't propaganda videos. They are essentially giving a basic overview of how crypto currencies work, how the network comes together, et cetra. Not one word from what I've seen speaks towards the viability of this to become a widely used currency.
Second, I didn't think you'd stop what you're doing because *gasp* you don't have to. It's very easy to wait until you have some down time to come and click on this thread and get the links to the videos and watch some of them. I probably won't watch every minute of all these videos, but I'll watch some. That's what I expected most of you to do.

As for the Khan Academy videos, I watched the first one. I learned nothing I hadn't learned from my own reading about Bitcoins. I'll give one of the other videos a shot later.

Why would anyone be surprised that any person involved with bitcoin would be dishonorable? For a "product" that relies upon trust, it sure seems bitcoinistas can't be trusted.
