When you refinance do you not have to put another 20% down?

Nope. It is loan to value so you have an appraisal done to determine value.

*Completely Off-topic question*
Did you pass Exam C in the February sitting?

I also am getting married in June so I'm going to have to miss that sitting between wedding + honeymoon. The SO didn't let me plan dates

If you could go back, how would you better prepare yourself?

Heavy workload sure doesn't help with studying.

Yeah, I started late. Passed P right before graduation (5/2015) and knocked out FM and MFE in consecutive sittings. Still no luck finding work (didn't have an internship), took an underwriting position a couple months ago to help bolster up some relevant work experience.
Plan on sitting for (and passing *knocks on wood*) C in June, then send out the resume and fill out job apps like crazy.

Where did you graduate from + how are you applying to these jobs?

We aren't hiring but from experience, emailing people is a way better than online submissions. Also, be open to moving anywhere. Given the amount of calls/linkedin messages I get, you aren't stuck in the same place forever
