Brent Crude spiked overnight but is now down below where it was when markets closed yesterday.

I don’t think the limited strikes are that big of deal as of now.

Price targets are resetting because of interest rates and realization that interest rate cuts aren’t coming.

Earning season next week will give some indication of where the market may go.

I disagree, the uncertainty of further escalation in tge middle east will push tge markets down further today. Pump in PM could be indicaton of big drop incoming.

Doubtful. Israel was always going to retaliate in some fashion, the only uncertainties were to what extent and when. As these response attacks were little more than a message to say "we can hit you back from within your borders" (as evidenced by being extremely limited in amount of firings and doing little real damage), it's more likely Iran will shrug it off with some sort of statement than retaliate with what we saw last weekend (much less declaring war).
