Melateuca is legit... No up front cost required.

You should stick with what you are good at. Bitching about how white quarterbacks should be playing above black quarterbacks. I guess you have to do this now that Mettenberger has the reins.

Yes there is. It is very cheap, but still a cost.

Let me re-phrase it. You buy product that you want to use in your home, not product that you have to sell.

I am a financial planner. A real one. I never solicited one family member to do business with me. I didn't need to. I built my business from 0 clients to hundreds of clients. Eventually my family wanted to do business with me. We laugh at Primerica and the way they do business. The majority know nothing about planning or investments. I have a 7, 24, and 63. Primerica will never get the respect of the industry with the way they do business.

I tried Primerica for a few months and even got my Insurance license. It will work good for people that know a lot of people that know alot of people. So CT3 and other BR area ex-sports players can excel with it. Me on the hand, ran out of people to pitch too and I couldn't stay with it. I joined Melaleuca (under my Mom)but I just bought the products & didn't try to recruit. I recently cancelled my membership as it was getting expensive each month and not worth it, esp when you have Walmart rolling back the prices every day.
ETA: Melaleuca has a sign up cost and they charge you some small fee ( under $30) every year

No, I make a good living and didn't need one person under me to do well.

[quote]If you mean I know somebody that sells for them and has for 20 plus years and that I used to be in the ins business myself, then sure I have ties to it.
The deal here is that some of you look like fricking morons when you attempt to run things down that you dont understand and dont have all the facts.
But hey, thats what this board is best at.. so Im not surprised.

Do you know someone in it? You are going pretty far out of your way to call people out on something that you are not affiliated with in anyway and have never worked for. Especially since two of my family members that are affiliated with insurance companies hate it and think it is a major scam, and from what I have been told most insurance agents feel that way about it.
I know one guy that has been primerica for years.
WHen I lived in BR Primerica office was in same building as ours and I knew one guy that worked there, we talked occasionally, only thing we ever discussed was products, He never tried to get me in over there.
All Im saying is how is it a scam? WHere do you come up with that?
I had a relative that died couple years ago and had a term policy with them.. far as I know the death benefit went to his family, I dont consider that to be a scam. They bought a life policy, they died and the family collected.. thats how insurance works.
I dont know nor do I care the inner dealings of the whole recruiting process that seems to have so many of you in uproar.
