I love the way that Aviator Tiger took a massive deuce on all stock specific threads for the past week, but didn't even touch this one.

No woman is hot enough to liquidate assets in order to buy more Iraqi dinars.

But to answer your question, she's Pentecostal from what I understand. No one's gotten laid in a blue jean dress since, well ... ever, so I'm guessing she's not hot.

I'm sorry I just got called for a RRT out in Las Vegas. I going to be here for a week so I won't be posting hardly at all. For the record this is a ridiculous way to invest your money. Inflation will kill you almost guaranteed not to mention the likelihood of Iraq collapsing within the next 10 years at 85%.

It is called high risk, high reward for a reason. It is why you should also make lower risk investments, but it appears to me that you ONLY sign off on investments of little risk and small return. By the way, where are you getting your number of 85% likelihood that Iraq collapses? Seems like pure speculation to me

Agreed.

What? I'm not trying to be a jerk, are you talking about Iraqi inflation? That would cause depreciation and since these bills can't be held in interest bearing accounts, it would be a straight loss, so you would be right. I just find your terminoligy strange.

I don't know how you quantified that, but it is a real chance, which is something that would be hard to model, not that I think any of the fools buying this stuff are actually modeling.

No, this is pure stupidity. I dare you to find one respectable finance professional who would advocate this. Also, please tell me about how you came to a conclusion of your 1000x returns on paper bought with ridiculous spread that cannot bear interest.

I actually don't agree with the OP; I was just trying to extract some more of AviatorTiger's expert advice which I am not going to accomplish by agreeing with him. I usually don't mess with anything currency or oil-related, although I did invest in BP in the wake of the oil spill

nothing wrong with using some fun/play money to buy some dinars. just don't overdo it. no one is taking it as a serious investment anyways. we have been through this kid a million times here.

I guess it's no worse than lottery tickets.
