How to get W2 Tax Transcript Online?

So, I started this same exact thread a couple or few years ago, and like a good TD solider, I found that thread, and someone had given a link which is the same link I found tonight, but the only option was to get it by mail.
Anyone know a better link to get it online? I really need to do a better job of saving these things. I do have the physical copy saved, but we're in the middle of a move so it's boxed up somewhere, who knows where though.

I've also found a link stating from irs.gov, follow these steps, but I don't really see these options in this exact form.
On this link you see the 2 links for mail and online, when i go to it now, i only say mail:

You can make a request online and have it mailed to you.
You used to also be able to get online delivery. However, the security needed to make this happen was compromised so the IRS turned it off. There is no idea when or if it might be fixed.
You can try calling the IRS (enjoy the wait on the phone) and ask them to fax it to you. If you can prove yourself and have a nice agent, they might do that for you. Might.
