How much do they make? And what is their career title?

The people that swear you in when you take the stand in court... What can get you qualified to land this easy career? How much do these people make a year? And what in hell is the job title to these people who must have it made because of how simple it is to swear people in about telling the whole truth?

It's not like that's all they do.

It's usually a judge's assistant (basically a secretary) or a court reporter. Assistants can make anywhere from 30-60k. The court reporters a little more and, depending on the court, could make a good bit more in overtime/extra work (basically lawyers will often have to pay them extra to get things like expedited transcripts and, from what I understand, a lot of them make bank off this racket.)
