They didn't pay any of their own money. They bought it through loans and they took a club that is one of the highest revenue generating club into a debt.
Glazers took 2 billions out of the club in last decade and didn't put their own money into it. It is all revolving debt

What about all the offshore boat and general/industrial construction guys that own businesses valued at over $1 billion? They're all billionaires too technically right?
Harvey, Farve, Rispone, Rutland(MMR), Grigsby--there's tons more. Don't know for sure but all of those businesses are pushing a billion or more in just revenue, and most construction businesses are valued at a pretty big multiple

Some are split between a few family members but there’s more than most would think. Martin family (Roy O Martin lumber) $500 mil/yr and holds something like 500,000 acres, Pregeant family(GIS) Benny Cenac. Etc

He lives on the LSU lakes in Baton Rouge I think. Huge tree house bar thing next to his house.
He also has property on False River, New Orleans; and I am sure a few other places around the world.
