How do I get Southwest drink coupons?

My boss and a couple friends told me they get drink coupons in the mail pretty frequently. I've always wondered why I never got one. I am a Rapid Rewards member and have both the Premier and Plus credit card. I have flown on about 12 SW flights this year and have 6 booked through December already. What else do I need to do to get my free airline fix? Forgive me if this should have been on the Travel Board. Came here because not many people post there.

I get some in the mail once a year as a RR member. Call them.

Make sure you have checked the box to "receive coupons" on your Rapid Rewards profile.
I cannot determine how you "earn" drink tickets. Sometimes they come regularly, then not for a long time.

It is checked. I'm going to reach out to them in hopes that they feel bad for me and send me a bunch. Southwest customer service is always top notch.

I received 60 in the mail last month as part of some class action lawsuit I apparently signed up for a few years ago.
But I get a set of 4-8 in the mail a couple times per year.

It's based off your flying frequency... they will do random, but I believe I've read it's 4 coupons every 10 flights.
That matches up with my experience as I flew 46 flights last year and have 16-20 coupons laying around.

I get them when I fly Business Select. It's on the company card so I appreciate the free drinks.

Cardholders get them annually. You can buy them off eBay for about $2 each.
