How was it? Was it as easy as it looks and did you get a good rate?

Define "good rate".

I looked into it to buy a mobile home because the house hadn't been converted to real property and I therefore couldn't get a mortgage loan on it. Any mobile home specific financing was overpriced and had ridiculous stipulations.

I think the interest rate was 6.75% on a 10yr, $20k loan. There was a fee of (as I recall) ~$2k) on the front end, too.

Basically...put in your numbers and it'll kick out a pretty accurate quote for ya, without having a hard credit pull. It varies wildly according to your situation, but in certain situations (like mine) it could be a great option.

Ended up not buying for other reasons, but the site seemed legit. They did call me a few times afterward, but stopped after a few weeks.

Yeah I inquired with them about 6 months ago about a refinance on my house. Within about 2 minutes of hitting the submit button I had about 6 different lenders calling me. The biggest was quicken loans. They still call me even though I used a local company.

If you need some great that is easy to deal with then try Nola Lending Group. They have done 2 loans for me. I can hook you up with my person there if you are interested.
