No shite, man. I would have basically had no chance going to a top grad school out of Arkansas. But simply because of the firm I work for, its expected.
Education is the responsibility of the individual. School names only look good on paper, in reality your education is how much you want to learn. The target school recruiting kind of pisses me off sometimes.
