FHA mortgage loans

nothing wrong with FHA. My brother is in the mortgage business. FHA makes up about 60-70% of the loans they do because they offer the best packages still available.

fha loans are good for everybody, you and the broker, just involve a little more paperwork

i got an FHA loan on my mortgage. I was 22 at the time and just out of college so it made more sense for me. I'm pretty happy with it

Closed on my FHA loan on 6/12/08. Interest rate of 5.875 on a 30 year fixed and a down payment minimum of 3%. I am happy with it.

Well thats good news to me b/c mine is below 700... I thought my score was higher than it is but student loans are holding it down a little. I should find out this morning what kind of rate they are going to offer me.
You will get 6.3- 6.5 interest rate, atleast.
