ETF creation. Thoughts?

Curious what y'all have to say about ETF's and pros and cons to sponsoring them.
I created a couple of industry targeted indexes a few years back that have perfomed at 182% and 138% since inception. A cousin of mine started up a robotics industry ETF that is doing pretty well and has become a decent revenue stream for his company.
I'm doing my research and writing up a prospectus, I think buying now would put us on the high end, I'm looking for market drop to give us a buying opportunity.
What say y'all about ETF's?
