One thing that I would recommend discussing is how you are going to break up the house. Are all 3 siblings 100% okay with selling it right now? That is a dang serious question that many many siblings fight about, one doesn't want to sell and it jacks up everything.

How much is the house worth? If the house is worth about $300k, remember you will lose 6-8% in selling so its only "worth" about $250k then. I would consider giving the house to one person to do as they want and the other 2 siblings break everything up evenly. Either that, or WRITE in the will the house will be sold immediately and the funds distributed evenly. I've heard more siblings get into years of arguments over property they parents didn't break up properly than anything else.

It will most likely be sold, one sister is out of state, the sister here owns her home and I sure as hell don't want that big of a house just for me.

Get the whole family together and WRITE down and SIGN everything. That way when the unfortunate inevitable happens the executor can just do what they need to do and the family can grieve together as opposed to fighting. I have two aunts that no longer talk to each other because of disagreements over a $75,000 house and $25,000 in cash.

did they even bother trying to get your dad to try this Lebrikizumab i guess its the new one now. My dad just met with them and these doctors are real scumbags, they invited him in to see if he wanted to be part of the trial for these injections but obviously he wont know if hes getting the drug or the saline, but he couldn't even ask my uncle whose a cardiologist bc they made him sign right then or risk losing his spot after the presentation. Anyways he signed up, it seems like it worked for people with severe asthma from my quick googling but not much IPF
