Electrical Job between Jackson and Hattiesburg

Sorry if the wrong board I'm just looking for some input.
I am an industrial electrician in the plants and looking to buy land and move to Jayess,MS. I am just looking to see if anyone has any ideas where I could try to get an electrical maintenance job that would make a respectable pay. It does not have to be a plant job. I am not looking to chase a job immediately but would like to know if there are options out there. Thank you in advance

There are two Georgia Pacific Plants in that area. One is in Monticello and the other one is in Leaf River (not sure if that is the name of town).

There is a Georgia Pacific plant in Columbia. I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, or if they offer a position for that. But it's not far from Jayess.

Would Sanderson's processing plant need your services? That's about 10 miles right down the road from Jayess.
