Does Universal Studios have stock under Comcast?

There’s no tracking stock for Universal unfortunately. However, it’s possible you may see things change re Comcast’s multiple, as they’re beginning to pivot away from Xfinity cable aspect, which comes with a lot of baggage requiring them to manage equipment, fight with content creators (for example being required to pay x amount to Disney for not only ESPN, but all the other garbage Disney owns).
