Companies interested in buying a house as investment property

My parents are considering selling their house since it is way to much work for them to fix up completely. How much do you think a home in southdowns less than 1 block from St. Aloysius would go for? It is 2 br 1 bath and needs serious work in the kitchen ( dad tried to remodel
